Description

We should to anticipate some of the top user install-related questions and seed this area. We just want to make sure we support getting up and running. even for more luddite-esque people.

i guess this might be assignable to me--working off our google FAQ doc--but i will wait to do this until after we've finalized site copy since it seems we might not be able to delete getsatisfaction threads.
